The Importance Of Having A School Holiday

The Importance Of Having School Holidays.

School holidays is a time when children relax their brain from school work. It allows them to recharge  their brain cells. Sleeping in the holidays helps the tissue in your brain cells to regenerate and it can stimulate the levels of your nervous activities.

In these holidays the children can make a better connection  with their own family and to enjoy what has been brought to them. Children and parents build up stronger bonds with each other because they spend more time together.

School holidays help us to de-stress from the pressure and difficult things in life for example over-worked. De-stressing helps you to calm down, to forget about things that stress you out the most, also de-stressing improves your health and this leads to less sickness.

As a result we children are able to recharge our brain and body to learn for the next term with new goals, learning and assessments, and that is why having a holiday is very important for everybody .
